Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options within South Africa. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, while express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount—please check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. The Guard House is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
